I started my journey at Avanzar 2 years ago as a Project Coordinator, within a year I was promoted to Commercial Lead where I handle sales and financing for one of the commodities that we manufacture. This job has allowed me to have exposure across different areas and tasks. I am the owner of my work and my results, which encourages and pushes me to deliver and constantly improve myself. Avanzar gives me confidence and the feeling of working for a family company where I actually have a direct impact on the company’s results. Management is open and flexible and very supportive to their employees. Learning and training opportunities are there for you to take them.
I am excited for what the future holds for me at Avanzar, as the company grows and expands operations to different countries, I look forward to keep developing in order to provide our customers the level of excellence that they are accustomed to.
Started with Avanzar on 2007 as a HR Supervisor at JIT. Responsible for all HR activities while at JIT, to include month end closing, investigations, staffing and counseling and terminations. Promoted to Assistant HR Manager in 2013 remaining at JIT but assisting the HR Manager with various roles.
Promoted to HR Manager for Avanzar in 2014 with the responsibility of 6 direct reports and overseeing all HR functions to include legal responsibilities.
Married with 2 boys (Nico and Nolan) and 2 dogs (Buddy and Lexi). Enjoy spending time with family and friends. You only live once!

Focus Factory Manager – Metals
I started with Avanzar back in Feb 2007 through a temporary agency (IHC) as an operator in the metals Department. Then in May of 2007 I was converted from IHC to Full time Avanzar and continued to operate and learn more about my department. After 1 year as a metals operator I was given the opportunity to become a welder after passing a weld test. As a welder I learned as much as possible from those who had more experience and those who were in the quality department. In late 2009 another opportunity came around, but this time it was in a leadership position. I became a Team Leader within the metals department. After several months of being a team lead and coached by my supervisor. On Feb 2010 Bryant Moran identified a great opportunity to become a supervisor of the Metals North which built Tundra Front seat frames. In 2013 Metals went from 2 supervisor per shift 1, which I continued my journey as a metals supervisor. On Feb 2016 I was blessed with another opportunity to become the Focus Factory Manager of the Baja and Doors. I have been coached by different people throughout my career to be able to move up and understand different positions. Avanzar is known of promote people from within the organization and I have been blessed on being one of them.
